Sunny Sydney to Wintery Wild Derbyshire - Our Very Own Sophie's Wedding Anniversary!

Hi all,

I spend so much time writing blogs about our brides so this time we decided to mix it up a bit and bring you the wedding of one of our very own Team Campbell's members.  Our PR guru Sophie got married to Matt in Australia on the 31st October 2012, not because they love Halloween but because it was their 9 year anniversary of getting together at Uni.

Sophie and Matt made the big decision to elope and get married in Australia, well they were going there for a holiday so why not?  They tied the knot with just two close friends present on a wonderfully warm day at an outdoor ceremony by Sydney Harbour and opposite The Opera House. Here is a DIY piccie of their day, a bit blury but you get the idea.

But when she got back from her incredible time away T loved the story and suggested putting a little shoot together with make-up artist Jenn Edwards and photographer Jess Petrie.  Sophie and Matt loved the idea of having a complete contrast to their wedding day, which was blazing hot, so it was decided that the photoshoot would take place in the wintery, heathery wilds of Derbyshire.  As neither of the families were at the wedding, the photographs would make great Christmas presents. Although Soph did love her wedding day her bouquet wasn't quite what she had in mind so was super excited for T to design something that was a little more to her taste.  So without further ado here are the beautiful shots ...

Turns out the journey was just beginning because a year later nearly to the day little Sebby came along.  He is totally adorable, I'm sure you will all agree.

Happy Anniversary Sophie and Matt!!!!
